Any special arrangements/requests will be confirmed to you in writing so there are no misunderstandings.
Our experience has shown us that there are key points in the upgrade process. We recognise these as milestones and confirm them to you in writing to reassure you that you are in complete control. After the initial free home consultation, the standard milestones are:

• Granite Selection
• Scope of Work (exactly what are we going to do for you – clearly stated)
• Detailed Cost Quotation
• Scheduling of Work (when will we template, when will we fit)
• Written Order Confirmation (from you to us)
• Templating
• Delivery and Fitting
• Satisfaction Certificate & Final Payment

Granite Worktop Modifications
For customers with existing Granite Worktops who are looking to modify their kitchen – for instance you may wish to replace a counter-top hob with a free-standing oven – or you might be replacing a Range Cooker with a bigger model.
